EXHIBITOR FAQS

To become a TTNA exhibitor, you must first select a booth a booth and complete the exhibit space contract. There are two ways to complete this process:

1. Click here to directly begin the contracting process. Booth selection is included in this process.

2. If wanting to explore the floor plan first, click here. Once you’ve chosen your preferred available booth, select the space on the floor plan and begin the contracting process with the link that appears within the dialogue box at the right of the screen.

Once you complete the online space contract, the Techtextil North America team will review the contract for approval. If approved, you will receive an email notification from service@mapyourshow.com with your contract and invoice. Your contract is binding once approved.

Exhibit space is sold as raw space and TTNA is a pipe and drape event. Booths of 400 sqft or less will include white pipe and drape (8ft backwall and 3ft sidewalls) and a company ID sign, excluding island booths.

What else?

Exhibitors receive a digital media package to include company and contact information, and access to leads with their online profile via the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Exhibitors will receive 3 exhibitor badges per 100 sqft of space for complimentary exhibit hall access.

Exhibitors receive promotional tools once registration opens to include a custom landing page, digital booth banners, an email invitation tool, and promo code to promote their participation and invite customers to Techtextil North America 2026.

We have partnered with Shepard as our official service contractor for Techtextil North America. To order carpeting (required), booth furnishings, and other services, including electricity, please visit the Exhibitor Service Manual powered Shepard ExhibitorPro. 

Yes. We’ve partnered with Shepard as our official service contractor, and they offer ample support for booth design. However, if you wish to hire your own booth builder, you can do so, and will need to submit notification of Exhibitor Appointed Contractor and provide certificate of insurance. Yes! Personally Operated Vehicles (POV) will be allowed for move-in and move-out of Techtextil North America 2026. All exhibitor owned vehicles, including passenger automobiles, mini vans, SUVs, and pick-up trucks will be able to access the loading docks in the designated POV ramp area. More information here.

Yes! Please contact operations@usa.messefrankfurt.com for more information on meeting room rentals. Meeting rooms are only available to exhibitors.

No. Attendee data is held strictly confidential by show organizers and official vendors. Exhibitors must purchase lead services to capture attendee data and track leads during the event. Lead retrieval information will be available closer to the show.
