How do I become an exhibitor at Techtextil North America?
To become a TTNA exhibitor, you must first select a booth and complete the exhibit space contract. There are two steps in completing this process:
1. Explore the Exhibitor Resource Center.
2. Complete the TTNA Space Contract, and notate your first three preferred booths. Please initial and date the terms and conditions.
Once you’ve completed the contract, please submit to ttnasales@usa.messefrankfurt.com, and the TTNA Sales Team will be in touch with contract approval and invoice. Your contract and invoice are binding once received.
What comes included in my booth space?
Exhibit space is sold as raw space and TTNA is a pipe and drape event. Booths of 400 sqft or less will include white pipe and drape (8ft backwall and 3 ft sidewalls) and a company ID sign, excluding island booths
Where can I order additional products and services for my booth?
We have partnered with Shepard as our official service contractor for Techtextil North America. To order carpeting (required), booth furnishings, and other services, including electricity, please wait for the Exhibitor Services Manual to become available.
Can I hire my own booth contractor/builder?
Yes. We’ve newly partnered with Shepard as our official service contractor, and they offer ample support for booth design. However, if you wish to hire your own booth builder, you can do so, and will need to submit notification of Exhibitor Appointed Contractor and provide certificate of insurance.
